For anyone who doesn't know, Zenimax (the parent company of Bethesda), sued Mojang earlier this year for using the word "Scrolls" in its new game's title. Bethesda believes the word infringes upon its The Elder Scrolls trademark.
When we last heard about the lawsuit, Bethesda talked about being forced into it in order to protect its trademark.
The suit ultimately led to an interim injunction, which has now been decided in Mojang's favor.

In a tweet earlier today, Mojang founder Markus "Notch" Persson revealed that Mojang has won the injunction, but pointed out that Bethesda still has the opportunity to appeal.
If Bethesda does continue the suit, its ultimate goal would be to get Mojang to stop using the name Scrolls. In a later tweet, Notch added that "we haven't even considered any alternatives" for the game's name.
We'll continue to post updates if there are any new developments in the case.
