Some enterprising hackers have successfully created 128-player servers for the Battlefield 3 Beta. Players using the Beta are only supposed to have access to the 32-player Operation Metro map in Rush mode. Eurogamer has posted a lengthy article looking at the prevalence of video game piracy on the PC. The report features interviews with various industry figures, who each give their opinion on how bad PC piracy really is. Reinhard Blaukovitsch from Sony DADC says that up to 80% of all PC games are illegitimate copies, while Christian Svensson from Capcom puts the figure as high as 90% for certain titles. Read More »

The Binding of Isaac is a demented dungeon crawler that borrows familiar elements from gaming classics like The Legend of Zelda, Robotron, and Rogue, stitching them together into a freakish patchwork automaton.
