Earlier this week, Mila Kunis made some remarks about her own dieting experience that rubbed countless American women the wrong way. Specifically, she made the controversial claim that, "anyone can lose weight." The up-and-coming actress certainly didn't mean to offend but in light of the fact that millions of Americans of both genders struggle with their weight, her comments appear more than a little insensitive. The fact that the remarks came from a naturally svelte and gorgeous young actress made them seem all the more callous.

The negative reaction to Mila's interview seemed to be universal. People of all shapes and sizes agreed that she shouldn't have made such sweeping generalizations about such a widespread problem. It was a positive sign for anyone who struggled with weight loss. Maybe the days of jokes at the expense of the obese were over. Maybe we as a nation were ready to address the major national crisis that is the obesity epidemic and put people in their place when they treated being overweight as a joke. But then, again, didn't we all have a very different reaction to Kelly Osbourne's comments about Christina Aguilera?

Christina has unquestionably put on some weight over the years, and Kelly had a field day with her extra pounds recently, reveling in the fact that she's "become the fat b!tch she was always supposed to be." Osbourne's comments, though made with the sole intention of offending someone, didn't receive a tenth of the negative reaction of Mila's remarks. In fact, Kelly was praised for her honesty. But why? Is it because she struggled with her weight in the past? Are we really saying that pretty people should be held to a different standard with regard to what they're allowed to say? And what about Leann Rimes? Can we all continue to give her a hard time? 

Are we reaching the point where the overweight are off limits but the underweight are fair game for ridicule? Mila's comments may have been in poor judgment but you can't blame her for being confused about the rules when it comes to talking about weight in public. Our culture is even more confused and contradictory about what's acceptable and what's not when it comes to size than it is about race. It's only when we're able to get rid of the double standards and have an honest discussion about weight and the ways that our size impacts our place in society that we'll be able to get to the heart of the matter without stepping on one another's toes.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's kids are already millionaires and they can't even legally drive yet. People magazine compiled a "Richest Teens" roster and Willow and Jaden Smith have made the list.

Willow Smith and her brother hold the 7th and 8th slot. Jaden made $5 million from Karate Kid and Ms. Willow earned $4 million from her budding music career, including her hit single "Whip My Hair."

Jaden is 13 years old and Willow is 10. Not bad!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 2 launches in 3 weeks! Bravo is rolling out the promo shots, which include new housewives Brandi Glanville and party planner Dana Wilkey. On season 2, there's tension between Brandi and alcoholic Kim Richards.

Our least favorite group of middle aged psycho b!tches will travel to Hawaii, Vegas and Vail this season while also shopping on Rodeo Drive at partying it up at the most lavish parties. Why exactly the women look pink with hair bleached to the point it's almost white is beyond me. Rich chicks should know how to dress or hire the right stylist.

Tina Fey, 41, gave birth to daughter Penelope Athena Richmond on Wednesday, her rep confirms. The 30 Rock star has a 5 year-old daughter Alice.

Tina told Ellen DeGeneres that she and her husband wanted to wait until the baby arrived to find out its gender.

"I'm just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom," Fey said at the time.

The comedian also called her second pregnancy "easy."

Tina announced her pregnancy on an April episode of the Oprah show.

He's only 17 years old, but he's already handsome. Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Patrick is going to be a lady killer. Patrick has been featured in magazines before, but now he has a large billboard of himself hanging above Sunset Boulevard.

Patrick told Details magazine, "My mom raised me with the idea of doing public service, and I definitely want to go in that direction. But I also want to follow in my dad's entrepreneurial footsteps."

Will.i.am told Ryan Seacrest that Justin Bieber needs to experience pain in order to create good music. Will.i.am believes that the 17 year old doesn't have many experiences to draw from in order to write hits.

"He's going to go through relationship drama [and that will make him successful]. Justin as an artist has to fight... the ones that stood around for a long time are the ones that are always fighting for something."

According to the Black Eyed Peas star, Justin is in danger of being a passing trend, just like Vanilla Ice said.

"We know the ones that get comfortable and then their career is short, 'Oh I remember that one song he had, that was cool.'"

Sometimes the more successful an artist is, the harder it is for that person to hold onto their strong fan base. Justin needs to evolve and he has to hope that his fans will evolve with him. He also needs to grow, which is more important than what pain will be inflicted upon him when Selena dumps him. He can't even grow a mustache.

Bieber has many obstacles ahead, but I also believe that he wouldn't really care if his fame faded. He's so young and he's made enough money to last a lifetime. His record label probably obsesses over his longevity much more than he does. Justin's an optimist. I think he'd make the best out of any situation, which isn't exactly good for writing records. He does need to go through some drama.

The bony b!tch with the duck lips, aka Taylor Armstrong, says that season 2 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was very emotional for her.

Like many couples that split post reality TV fame, Taylor and Russell needed to part ways. Russell didn't show her any affection or interest, and then reports surfaced that he physically abused her. She should be celebrating her single status, but that's easier said than done.

Taylor says that season 2 involved "a lot more pain" for her.

She tells E! news that "It's been such an emotional ride for me this year... Then to watch it again on television and know that millions of other people are watching, it's going to be tough."

Patti Stanger of Bravo's "Millionaire Matchmaker" is 50 years old. And single. And she makes money from giving relationship advice. And helping people hook up. Do you sense any irony here? Patti loves to give her 2 cents on Hollywood couples, but maybe if she spent nearly as much time trying to get a man herself, she wouldn't be looking so dumb. There's nothing wrong with being single, but wouldn't you hate to have a profession that forces you to hook people up, all the while your vibrator collection grows exponentially?

Back to the story. Patti says that Justin Theroux isn't right for Jennifer Aniston because he quickly dumped his girlfriend of 14 years for Jenny.

"They’ve got good body language, so it’s a matter of what really went down that he jumped ship from this girl he lived with for 16 years, something’s not right there.”

Patti says that Justin could afford his own place, so she finds it strange that he's house hunting with Aniston.

“I think he had enough money he could have moved out to L.A... She might be moving too fast she might get hurt, burned.”

Patti claims that Jen "might pull the pregnancy card on him" to trap him. Whatever. Patti is so bitter and so caught up in her crap. She's an older version of Jennifer Love Hewitt.

With all of the success that Jennifer Hudson has, there was no need for her to stoop to this level! Jen's been in the business for years, she should know that haters aren't going anywhere.

One of Jennifer's followers asked her: "Did you get surgery to assist in your weight loss? Or is it all weight watchers?" Jen responded by telling her not to ask her "no more dumb ass questions" and then things got heated.
