(CNSNews.com) - The percentage of Americans who expressly state that they are supporters of the Tea Party movement is currently about as large at 22 percent of the population as the 21 percent who say they are liberals, according to recent but separate Gallup polls.
Meanwhile, at 41 percent of the population, according to Gallup, self-described conservatives outnumber both Tea Party movement supporters and liberals by nearly 2-to-1.

West Allis police have released new information on the incident at the Wisconsin State Fair on opening night during which large groups of people caused widespread violence.
The police department issued a statement with details of arrests, saying "None of these incidents possessed elements that would compel the pursuance of a 'hate crime' prosecution."

West Allis Police said Thurs day that a 16-year-old from Milwaukee was arrested late Wednesday. He was booked on suspicion of attempted robbery and robbery. Police recommended that he should face additional penalties for hate crimes.
Police said he told investigators he chose whites because he considered them “easy targets.”
