The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Guide

by Andre "Serling" Segers

Tonight's episode of IGN Guides is somewhat unique and calls for a different kind of introduction.

This, as you may recognize, is the latest entry in the Legend of Zelda series, a lineage of games long known for their epic quests and adventurous gameplay. There's also a little country there called Hyrule, full of history and rich characters. However, on a given evening not too long ago, the residents of Hyrule began to vanish, one by one, into a blanket of "Twilight". No one knows what happened to them, nor have they been heard from since, but one thing is certain: something strange is going on.

Now I'd like to introduce you to our main character, Link, a young boy completely oblivious to the trials he will soon face. For you see, it is his destiny to save the world and return the lost souls. But there is something else that he is unaware of - something so mysterious that even he has no control over it - the beast that lurks within him.
