Tada!!! This is my first FO for the year 2011!!!!! It’s actually a very late belated birthday present for a dear friend of mine…ooops 
. Anyway, most important thing is that she loved the shawl and I’m very happy

Pattern: Little Leaves by Susanna IC
Yarn: 0.8 skein of Dream in Color Smooshy in Wisterious Colourway
Needles: 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm
Beads: 2 tubes of TR5-1114 5/0 Miyuki Triangles – Col Lined Lavender – 12.5g
I really love this pattern a lot. The lace pattern is easy to memorise too!!! Would love to make another for myself, if I have the time because I still have so many more gifts to knit!!!!

Ooops…just realised I have not blogged for about a month now. So sorry. It’s been quite a busy month!!!! Anyway, I just want to take this opportunity to wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Hope you all had a great time with your friends and family .
By the way, did you noticed anything different on my Christmas tree compared to last year?

Since I still have a lot of leftover yarn from the Koigy Wristers, I told my friend that I’ll knit her a pair of socks 
Pattern: Fingering Weight Toe-Up Socks with Gusset and Slip-Stitch Heel by Wendy D. Johnson
Yarn: Zwerger Garn Opal Regenwald / Rainforest in Parrot Colourway
Needles: 2.75 mm
Since the yarn itself is already pretty colourful, I thought a plain basic socks will look just fine 
. Hope she likes it.
