I have been working with Kristin and Sam for a long time … And they rock, so it has been a pleasure  You may remember them from their engagement session HERE.  Kristin and Sam had an amazing day at the Inn at Cherry Creek.  On top of it all, they have us TONS of time for pics … we took a bus around town and hit some awesome spots.  Kristin and Sam – thank you for everything.  I can’t wait to show you everything, but here is just a little sneak peek!

And the beautiful ceremony began!

Warning – this shoot may melt your eyes out  It’s just that awesome.  Jen and Dave called me a few years ago (2 to be exact) about shooting their wedding.  They lived in Arizona and were going to be relocating to Colorado Springs.  Jen was just awesome in email and I wanted to shoot them, and was thrilled they chose me as a match for their style.  Fast forward a few years – and they wanted me to do their trash the dress session – which I call “the After Party”  They said they like tattoos, have motorcycles, and wanted to incorporate it all  I was so trilled to finally meet them, and they were even more rad-tastic in person then they were in emails

Of course, we get this shoot planned and the beautiful Colorado weather decided it was going to rain – we almost called the shoot twice.  Jen and Dave said they were down with it, and we started shooting.  Sure enough, the weather unleashed on us – and you know what they said?  ”We don’t care, we will do whatever!”  YES!!!!!

Regardless, this is one of my favorite shoots to date.  Jen and Dave, thank you – thanks for being so awesome and trusting me with your fabulous shoot!

She designed custom Chucks … blue ones … with their wedding date on it … but first she wore hot pink shoes.  He wore the same custom Chucks.  They were married at the Phipps Mansion in Denver – which is beautiful by the way.  They laugh together, compliment each other – and are pretty rad peeps all the way around.  She designed some pretty cool details for their wedding day, all of which told a story about them and their love for one another.  Erika and Matt are uber fab … and I am so happy I got to photograph their big day.  Here’s a little sneak peek …
