Here are some sobering facts about the world today: Every day, millions of kids go to sleep having never been introduced to Chewbacca, and, worse, countless more think Greedo shot first.
We here at Asylum want to make sure you and your child have an open and healthy conversation about Jar Jar and the differences between a "good trilogy" and an "uh-oh trilogy." So we've provided you with this, a PSA on talking to your child about Star Wars:

Talking with Kids in whatever sphere are very important. From
matter of fact will become necesary facts for their development
to know,to accept or refuse, failed to do so,Parents will not gain
friendship, then other who may do,will drive them and using them.
Me and my Friend(roomate),just talk about a story,in which Kid
may "sell themselves" to those, who use the same advise as Parents, but "kindness",not just don't say no and "encourage" them
by "gifts for goodness that you guys doing",step-by-step they may
look at trouble as a place for them to shaw "personal value",later, bad actions to beheave with bad people".

I dont understand what this new trilogy you are speaking of would be. I know that star wars was a trilogy that came out in the 70s and early 80s, then its creator george lucas died and an evil greedy minion spawned and took his place. I refuse to watch anything related to the later minion.

This is awesome, but why is it focused on dad's talking to their kids? There's lots of us mom's who are introducing the movies to their kids.

Hear hear! I had the same thoughts. Moms have the same responsibility to talk to their kids about such an important issue. ^.^

"Video unavailable for your device". How am I supposed to be taken seriously when telling my kids about Who Shot First when I have to dig a "computer" out of the garage just to watch this clip instead of on my modern iPad.

You have a certain cranky Apple tyrant to thank for that. Writing this from my flash incompatible iPhone. ;)

Star Wars? What about it? Aren't there more important topics to talk about? What the hell is going on here? Slow day at the office?

It's definitely important to know the differences between the trilogies. You don't want your kid thinking that LOTR was good!

As the mother of a four-year-old, I laughed almost 'til I peed. I loved this mock-PSA. Bravo, Asylum!
And, where can I get one of those Yoda knit caps? Yow!

It is important that steps are taken to ensure that Star Wars geeks are not permitted to have children. The world already has too many geeky losers. Don't need them spawing
