Truffle Truffle was created by Nicole Greene, a University of Chicago graduate who gave up a job working for the US Department of Defense to attend pastry school and start her own company (hello, job switch!). Nicole makes all of her preservative-free confections — truffles, caramels, s’mores, and sweets like beer-and-pretzel brittle — by hand and comes out with new items each season. This winter’s collection includes peppermint fondants, gingerbread truffles, caramel-apple brittle, and poached-pear caramels.
Not only are Truffle Truffle’s items delicious, they’re also are made to order, so every product is customizable for your wedding. The company will help you create boxed favors, bulk truffles or individually wrapped treats. Flavors, finishes and packaging are all up to you!
