Coupled with the slogan “Trust is just like me, but a bank.”  Bruce Willis has gone from playing the barefooted bane of bankrobbers to the spokesman for one of Russia’s banks.  Trust Bank has hired Mr Willis as their new representative,  stating that the man who coined the phrase “Yippee ki-yay, motherf**cker”   reflects the bank’s values in terms of “trust and dignity.”  Clearly Russian banks are a good bit different from their stuffy Capitalist cousins here in North America.

Willis will be the campaign front man for at least a year, replacing the bank’s last frontman Russian weight-lifter Vladimir Turchinsky.  Hopefully Willis will fare better than Vlad did,  the weight-lifter dropped dead without warning last year at age 46.
