100 Layer Cake

Emily of White Room Events sent over this sunny engagement sesh she styled for her clients Alanna and Tim. Both she and Alanna had the same vision for the shoot, boy stops at a lemonade stand in the countryside and meets the girl of his dreams selling lemonade and delicious baked goods from her stand. Pretty cute, no?

Christine Pobke’s photography style was a perfect match for the day. The shoot took place in the Barossa Valley (which we can say from personal experience is absolutely gorgeous in it’s authentic, pastoral charm) at Bethany Winery.

Lydia sent this pretty pretty engagement shoot over. A swing! How lovely. Eugene is a friend of Lydia’s from college and she was tickled to be invited by his fiance, Patricia, to style them up for their shoot.

A few weeks before the shoot, Adrienne and Lydia staked out a sturdy tree in Griffith Park and then Adrienne asked a friend to help build the swing. The flowers came from the LA Flower mart. Perfectly soft and dreamy, just as Patricia requested.

Eric (of LemonLime Photography), asked his girlfriend to marry him in a FORT! (Yay for forts!) That he made himself, complete with cafe lights and photos of their adventure together thus far.

And then they reconstructed their tent outside for a cute engagement shoot by Becca Spears.

How sweet are these engagement session photos at a quaint, old bookstore? Feather Love does it again, with her fancy photo skills. Kind of makes us want to get lost for a few hours in the rows of magical stories…
