I've always read Ebooks on my mobile phone, but the screen is a little small for the job. So I wondered if I could read Ebooks on Sony's PSP. It turns out that Sony, for some strange reason, have not developed an Ebook reader for the PSP.
However, some smart PSP users have developed their own PSP ebook readers. After intensive research, I've decided that the best PSP Ebook Reader for me is the PSP Ebook Creator. There is no need to mess about changing your PSP's firmware like the other Ebook Readers that have been knocked up. You can read any book as long as you have a Text (txt.) copy of it. And seeing as you can easily find conversion from any format to Text (txt.) utilities by searching Google, you can read almost any book on your PSP.
You can find loads of Free Ebooks that are already in Text (txt.) format thanks to a great group called Project Gutenberg . They have close to 40,000 books ready for you to download and they are all totally free. These books are are free because they have fallen out of copyright. Being a bit of a Sci-Fi fan I've downloaded a load of classic Sci-Fi ebooks onto my PSP.
I've always loved reading and now I can carry thousands of books around with me on a device smaller than a book - amazing. If you have a PSP, give the PSP Ebook Creater a try before you buy an expensive Ebook Reader. Enjoy.
Don't worry about the White on Black text in this image, you can change it to Black on White, and you can have your Ebooks in either Portrait or Landscape. I prefer black on white in landscape.

Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage - New Forces Sweetheart?
The Armed Forces could have found themselves a new Sweetheart in the form of Gosport MP, Caroline Dinenage. During yesterday’s debate on Defence, Caroline won a great victory for the men and women who put their lives on the line for our country:
I've had the privilege of helping Caroline during her election campaign and I can tell you that I have never met anyone with so much drive and enthusiasm. I'm sure that Gosport can only get better with Caroline representing us.Caroline wins concession for the military
In an uncompromising defence of the Armed Forces and the Royal Navy in particular during yesterday’s debate on Defence, MP for Gosport Caroline Dinenage wrung out a vital concession from Minister of State for the Armed Forces, Nick Harvey MP and which will bring accolades from tens of thousands of servicemen and their families all over Britain.
During a six month deployment to a war zone, a serviceman is entitled to two weeks rest and recreation (R&R) leave back in UK. It is a vital time to re-charge batteries – for both the serviceman and his family. For British servicemen, unlike every other country with deployed forces, the 14 days of leave starts and finishes in the country of operations (e.g. for US forces the clock starts ticking on arrival on US soil, whereas for British servicemen it is in Afghanistan). Often using ancient trooping aircraft subject to frequent breakdown and sometimes being delayed by the vagaries of helicopter availability, the journey home usually takes 3 days – and then 3 days back again. And if there is further delay the now 8 days leave is reduced yet further. In her speech, which had wide cross party support, Caroline said “It is therefore essential that the ‘R & R clock’ starts from when the person arrives back in the UK in order to allow maximum time for the unseen wounds of stress to be in some way healed prior to returning to the front line”.
Responding to her strong message the Minister replied; “Similarly, my hon. Friend the Member for Gosport (Caroline Dinenage) raised the issue of rest and relaxation and the fact that it ought to begin from the moment people get back home. I entirely agree that that is the most desirable way of doing it, and if in particular circumstances it proves, for operational reasons, not to be possible, we have guaranteed that we will add it on at the end, when people get back. That is a sub-optimal solution, but it may on occasions be necessary, for operational reasons, to handle it that way, and we will ensure at any rate that people do not lose out. My hon. Friend made a good point.
A senior officer was heard to comment after her speech “that there have been numerous attempts to correct this iniquitous state of affairs. Now it appears that a new ‘Forces Sweetheart’ has achieved it!”

Why Diane Abbott would make a Great Labour Leader
Some people may not take Diane Abbott's decision to stand for the Labour Leadership seriously, but apart from her tongue in cheek appearances on This Week, she is a serious politician. The following videos are of Diane speaking out against her own government's proposal to extend detention without charge to 42 days. Watch and be impressed:

General Election 2010 - Labour and the Mirror get desperate - tactical voting
You may have noticed that Gordon Brown and his ministers have become increasingly desperate over the last few days. They are telling blatant lies about Conservative policy in the hope that they can scare enough voters into voting for them. They have always used the rule that if you tell a lie often enough, then the people will believe it. It shows a great contempt for the intelligence of the British public.
However, what the Daily Mirror have done this morning is their lowest act of desperation so far. Being the ONLY paper left supporting Labour, they have decided to tell their readers how to vote tactically. Always a Labour paper, they are now telling Labour voters to vote Lib Dem in marginal seats, and vice versa. You have got to admire their loyalty when almost every other paper has realised that Labour are finished and that the Conservatives are the party to get us out of this mess. I imagine all the Mirror journalists are sat in the office with their eyes shut, fingers in ears, shouting LA LA LA, WE CAN'T HEAR YOU:

General Election 2010 - Labour's disgusting Party Political Broadcast.
Angry is not the word. This has got to be the dirtiest trick by any party in any General Election held in this country. This is supposed to be a Labour Party Political Broadcast, but in truth it is the lowest form of scaremongering. Whoever OK'd this should be fully ashamed of themselves.
Gordon Brown IS NOT a man with a moral compass.
