Every girl has at least one childhood memory that involves a hula-hoop. I remember the days when my sister and I would hula into the night, or at least until my mother called us in for dinner. We would have contests involving who could hula the longest, who could do the fanciest tricks, even ones testing how many hulas we could hoop at once. I remember one instance when my sister had hulas from her legs to her neck!
Divas, I have news! It’s time to whip out your hulas because hula hooping has transformed into the new workout that is going to change the way you look at a hula-hoop!

The first week of a new semester can be both an exciting and stressful time. During the first week you need to get used to your new professors, buy too many new textbooks that are way to expensive, and find a new study group. You also need to figure out which classes you are staying in and which ones you are dropping. Along with all of that during the first week there are so many fun social events to attend that you may not know where to start.

I first made my facebook account when I was 14 and a sophomore in High School. I am now 19 and have spend a large chunk of the past few years having the site minimized as I completed school work, hung out with friends and even have been guilty of checking it on my blackberry. Now being older, and hopefully wiser, since I first made my account, I realize that as much I have gotten a lot of entertainment and laughs from the site; there has also been some not so great things that have come from it.

It’s the end semester and if you are anything like me (addicted to carbs), you may have fallen into a similar predicament I was in my freshman year. Unfortunately as a college student, sometimes those pesky 6-8 pounds creep up.
The truth is college is the hardest time to keep your weight under control. From the not so healthy food selections, to the long walk it takes to go to the gym, weight gain happens. The trick is learning from your mistakes and making improvements the next semester.

What do you wear when you travel? If you are anything like me your airport wardrobe consists of sweatpants, a sorority shirt, maybe a cute scarf and uggs. I’ll admit, not my finest moment. Every time I travel I am grateful that I am not a celebrity, and do not have to worry about being photographed.
What do you think about these celebrities’ airport styles? As I always say, its never too late to learn.
Jennifer Aniston: I love her use of layering. She looks casual yet put together.

So let me get this straight; a girl can date a guy 4 years older than her (lets say she’s 18 and he’s 22); but all of a sudden if the guy is 18 and the girl is 22 its weird. Why is that? Why is it so weird? Don’t get me wrong I don’t plan on robbing any cradles anytime soon; it’s just something that has baffled me.
