Guild Rankings

In preparation for Cataclysm, we've made some backend changes that will lead to following:

- Once guild armory scanned, all achievement and ranking updates will be done instantly (no need to wait ~1 hour as before).

- Guild profile administrators get higher armory queue priority when updating their own guilds. Once you kill a new boss, get your officer to log in and press the update button and you'll get faster update if the queue is too long.

(To remind, any guild officer (rank 0-1) can become guild profile administrator by registering and confirming officer characters)

- EU English region has been added (contains Enligsh language realms on Europe)

- All regional rankings now include achievement lists and graphs

- Tier9 and Tier8 rankings are now read-only

Now we are able to continue to update progress though your characters should be updated first.

This issue should be resolved now. However, please bear in mind that you will need to log into the game on each character you wish to update, make a change to that character (learn a spell, complete a dungeon, change gear, update talents) and then log out using the Main Menu (not by pressing Alt + F4 or clicking the "X" in windowed mode). Then, you may need to wait a little longer than normal as the Armory will be processing a very high number of updates as it works through the backlog.

As you may have noticed, the Armory isn't updating any character info since patch 4.0.1 and thus there is no progress updates during last few days. Blizzard doesn't give us any ETA but lets hope they fix it *soon* (as always).

We have reworked guild roster layout which now includes PvE Score for characters. The score is calculated much like guild score - by measuring how fast character progressed in Tier10, based on achievement dates.

It can be used to distinguish core raiders from alts or to compare PvE experience of different characters.

Unlike Gearscore, it can be considered as more precise approximation of player's "skill" (at least I hope so). Though just keep in mind that there could be intentional swaps of players for overall raid efficiency and their PvE Scores might be affected by the fact.

To see a guild roster with PvE Scores, just go to the guild page and scroll it down.

Characters rating is now available and the first criteria we've implemented is Gearscore Rankings. It's based on well known Gearscore Addon.
