How about a sticky at the top of the Support Forum that has links to Support Forums other than English? I only found one article from 2007 that mentions other languages and an entry in the Forum that refers to a sticky that is no longer present about other languages.
Make it much easier to refer people to the proper help area in a language they are more comfortable with.
I've asked for that at least a couple times and I think it ought to be prominently in the sidebar, right near the top. If you want to copy and paste this and save it, at least you will have a list. There could be more, but these were the only ones I could ferret out using Google. Of course there is always the possibility that putting so many links into this reply will get me slammed as a spammer.

My location is Spain, and here we can see this message on the top of the English forum page, in the third line:
WordPress.com forums are also available in Español.
with a link to Spanish forum in the word "Español".
I suppose there is the same in other countries. If some users who don't speak English don't see it, probably they don't understand the notice, or they have a poor eyesight.

I think there are people who have recently migrated from LiveSpace who don't know about the other forums. Maybe they are directed to the English forum and don't realize there are other forums. Or perhaps they are Chinese or Russian who speak other languages but not English…
Of course! Mainly people migrated from MS Live Spaces are finding difficulties with their new interface, that are not fully translated, unlike their old Microsoft's service. I know.
Dear Sir, many friends of mine using MSN space for a long time, but now you change the interface of this blog. Most important thing is that the language is no longer good enough to read!! Yes, that may be something, but there is no Chinese language forum. And when I posted in the moderators' forum no one came forward with any ideas. I'm glad that someone is sort of addressing the issue, but it is not easy to find, nor is it complete.
That's ok. I'm new here,I don't know much about it. My friends move from Live Space to here and I haven't found them yet. I sign in just to learn something about English. I'm a Chinese and I will not change it into a style full of Chinese words. If so the forums will lose its origins.
@ludusnaturae and everyone: I made a test and the "WordPress.com forums are also available in..." does not appear to work by locale but by the languages set on your browser.
For example, on Firefox, if I go to options > content > languages and decide that my second language is German and my third one is Spanish, behold, it will say "WordPress.com forums are also available in Deutsch and Español" even though I'm in Canada.
