Drive Britannia
In 2008, "eco-driving is to be made part of the British driving test." Prospective motorists will be quizzed on their auto-ecological sensibilities in "a move ministers hope will cut polluting emissions, save money on bills and make driving safer."
So: "For the average family car, the most economical speed to drive is...?" Don't know? Take this preparatory exam, and study constantly for the next two years, at the Observer.
