leigh is a research neuropharmacologist. she studies several totally awesome topics within this general area. the nature of her scientific expertise results in her fielding plenty of amusing and unexpected questions from the people in her life. this is a near-constant source of entertainment on leigh’s end, and she enjoys seeing people pleasantly surprised at how understandable neurpharmacology can be when explained well.
she is currently working as a postdoc at a specialized research institute, working on chasing her own independent ideas, contemplating what she’d like to do with the rest of her career- you know, postdoc stuff.
