It's not a rational hatred, mind you, but shortly before Federated caught a clue and realized that all their stores should be called Macy's, I was hounded by a psychotic granny who wouldn't take "I don't need ANOTHER credit card to run up the balance on!" for an answer.
I am now registered with the State of Ohio and Commonwealth of Kentucky as a elder abuser.
She walks with a limp now.
It was worth it.
