By now I�m sure everyone is familiar with Democratic congressional candidate Krystal Ball�s reindeer games (NSFW photos here)[I wasn't...ed,]. Now Ball has a missive up at the Huffington Post comparing herself to Hillary Clinton and bastardizing history on why Bill Clinton was impeached in the first place.

(Hint: it wasn�t because he was serviced by a Gap fan in the Oval Office. Lying under oath in a sexual harassment case is illegal.)

Politics is a nasty game. I knew that coming in. I thought I could take it.

Facepalm:Krystal made the unfortunate choice of referring to the dildo-nosed reindeer affair as a "gag." She means it was a joke.

The left is having more of a tantrum in pushing this issue than the right. They used this tactic successfully to knock the path clear for then-Senator Barack Obama. For a party that loves to preach about Uncle Sam not turning the bedroom into a federalized threesome, progs love gossiping about the sex lives of married people. Honestly, who CARES what you did at a Halloween party with your husband years ago? So what, the photos made it to the press, if I were working Ball�s campaign I�d release the photos, Demotivational-style and titled them: �KEEPING THE LOVE ALIVE.�

This isn�t politics. This is Ball embarrassed and freaked-out and trying to boost her campaign by crying wolf. She could have easily said: �So what? My husband and I had some racy photos on Facebook. And? We were married at the time and I was pretty young. What does this have to do with the issues?�

If Ball had competent handlers in her corner, it wouldn�t be an issue. Instead, she presupposes she�s receiving blowback from her racy photos because she�s a woman. Corporate media couldn�t utter a word about Scott Brown without also the jab of his nude photos in Cosmo when he was young, so the reaction that Ball is facing is neither unprecedented or shocking[More...]

Singer Abu Rateb (aka Mohamad Mustapha Ali Masfaka) plead guilty to lying to federal officials about his involvement with the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF):

United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade announced today that Mohamad Mustapha Ali Masfaka, a 47 year old native of Syria, entered a plea of guilty in federal court in Detroit to a charge of Making False Statements Under Oath in Naturalization Proceedings, a five year felony. Masfaka was arrested on January 22, 2010 by U.S. Customs and Border Protection when he attempted to enter the United States from Canada via the Ambassador Bridge. The guilty plea was tendered before United States District Judge Paul D. Borman.

The Indictment charged Mohamad Masfaka, also known as Abu Rateb, who is a singer throughout the Middle East, with lying to federal officials about his involvement with the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), an organization that was designated by the U.S. Department of Treasury on December 4, 2001, as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

Mexican cartels planned to send armed assassins into Arizona this spring to eradicate bandits who were stealing drugs from smugglers, according to a Department of Homeland Security intelligence report disclosed Friday by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.

The intelligence email, sent May 13, warned law enforcement agencies that rival cartels had agreed to the plan after a meeting in Rocky Point, Mexico. "Once the bandits have been identified, the sicarios (assassins) will take out the bandits," says the memo.

DHS spokesman Matthew Chandler on Friday responded that the intelligence report "proved to be inaccurate."

"At this time," he said, "DHS does not have any specific, credible information on intra-cartel violence taking place in Arizona."

The Sheriff's news release includes a copy of the alert which was deemed "law enforcement sensitive," and which credits the information to a "proven, credible, confidential source"[...]

Babeu, who has been seeking money for counter-smuggling operations, said the intelligence memo proves that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano "knows exactly what the citizens of Arizona are faced with, yet she continues to publicly state how much safer we all are."

A New York man has been charged with lying to FBI agents about a fake terrorism plot in the United States, US authorities said on Friday.

Syed Omair Ali was charged with making false statements to the FBI between May and October about three individuals who he said had connections to militants in Pakistan and discussed possible targets in New York, according to an FBI affidavit.

One law enforcement official said Ali's false information in part sparked concerns by US intelligence officials that an operative for the Pakistani Taliban militant group had entered the United States to launch an attack as reported by Fox News on Thursday

The terror threat was unearthed from the second edition of Al-Qaeda's English-language magazine 'Inspire'.

"A random hit at a crowded restaurant in Washington, D.C., at lunch hour might end up knocking out a few government employees," the New York Daily News quoted Yahya Ibrahim, as having written in the 74-page propaganda magazine.

"Targeting such employees is paramount and the location would also give the operation additional media attention," he added.

According to a copy of the magazine obtained by the SITE intelligence group, Al-Qaeda also urged those bent on murdering for Islam to use everything from pickup trucks to improvised pressure-cooker bombs to kill.

So there we have the basis for complaints that should convince Automatic to suspend this user. All we need is a place to send the complaints.

Shawqi Ali al Bandani and Mohammed Ali Abdullah Haydar al-Nashiri were accused "of forging official documents and hiding escapees from the political security prison in Aden, who are accused of attacking the USS Cole Destroyer. The cell is also accused of possessing weapons and explosives in addition obtaining identity cards and passports." The 16 man cell were all released on time served or acquitted of the charges in 2007.

A WOMAN of Pakistani origins has been killed, and her daughter gravely injured in Italy following a family row over an arranged marriage earlier this month.

The daughter, 20-year-old Nosheen Butt, was hospitalised with head injuries and a broken arm after her 19-year-old brother beat her with a stick in the courtyard of their building in Novi, near the northern city of Modena.

According to Modena prosecutors� initial findings, the father Ahmad Khan Butt, a 53-year-old construction worker, threw his wife to the ground and beat her with a brick while the brother Umair attacked his sister. The father had been in Italy less that 10 years and was the owner of the local mosque.

[UPDATE] Apparently, I jumped the gun based on an earlier headline at Jihad Watch. The Prosecutors have stated Geert Wilders is not guilty, however, the Judge may still rule against Geert. So keep him in your prayers.

Texas � A soldier who recorded the terror of last year's deadly shooting rampage in Fort Hood using his cell phone was ordered by an officer to delete both videos, a military court heard Friday.
Under cross examination, Pfc. Lance Aviles told an Article 32 hearing that his noncommissioned officer ordered him to destroy the two videos on Nov. 5, the same day that a gunman unleashed a volley of bullets inside a processing center at the Texas Army post.

The footage could have been vital evidence at the military hearing to decide if Maj. Nidal Hasan should stand trial in the shootings. The 40-year-old American-born Muslim has been charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.

Senior U.S. officials are concerned over recent intelligence indicating that the Pakistani Taliban, which orchestrated the failed Times Square bombing, may have successfully placed another operative inside the United States to launch a second attack, sources tell Fox News. Authorities, however, know very little about the potential operative or any possible plot.

"[We] don't know who it is and don't know where it is," one source said. "We know the guy's here, but don't know anything about him."

Based on the intelligence, authorities believe the Pakistani Taliban, also known as Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan, would have directed the individual to attempt another Times Square-style operation, but not necessarily in New York City.

Update on Congressional Muslim Staffers Hosted Second Al-Qaeda Cleric on Capitol Hill

Today I reported at Pajamas Media that an Al-Qaeda cleric, Anwar Hajjaj, had led Friday prayers for the Congressional Muslim Staff Association on Capitol Hill back in 2006 based on information included in a recent article in the New York Post. This news is a follow-up to my report last month that video taken after 9/11 showed Al-Qaeda cleric Anwar Al-Awlaki, currently subject to a kill-or-capture order signed by President Obama, had also led prayers for Capitol Hill Muslim staffers.

But now I can exclusively report here at Big Peace that a video essay by Roll Call shows Hajjaj leading prayers on Capitol Hill as recently as April 2010.

Anwar Hajjaj is the former head of the Taibah International Aid Association, which was designated at terrorist organization by the U.S. government in May 2004[More+video]

The military is holding a hearing that will decide whether Army psychiatrist Major Nidal Hasan will be court-martialed on 13 counts of murder and 32 counts of attempted murder. Yesterday's proceedings were filled with dramatic intensity. From Ft. Hood, Texas, NPR's Wade Goodwyn has a report. We want to warn you that this story, which lasts for about four minutes, does contain graphic descriptions of violence.

WADE GOODWYN: The first witness, Sergeant Alonzo Lunsford, set the stage for the many who were to follow. Lunsford described how he locked eyes with Major Hasan seconds before a laser guided pistol raked across his face just before the Army psychiatrist allegedly shot him in his left eye.

As he lay on the floor, the blood pooling under his head, the 6 foot 9 inch sergeant realized he could feel himself sweating and told the court, I thought to myself, dead men don't sweat. So he got to his feet and ran out the door, though, unbeknownst to him, he'd been shot four more times.

Prosecutors played a 911 tape from a medical technician who was cowering under a cubicle desk, pleading with the operator for help. Screaming, crying, multiple gun shots and the moaning of a dying soldier all can clearly be heard on the tape.

Help us, please, Michelle Harper begs the 911 operator. Whos that moaning next to you, the operator asks. A guy who's been shot, Harper whispers as the shooter walks so close to the desk where she's hiding that she can see his boots go back and forth.�

There were stories of admirable bravery, soldiers throwing themselves over the wounded to provide cover as the shooter tried to finish them off. Several times soldiers escorted badly wounded comrades to the hospital only to discover, to their shock, that they themselves had been shot in the back and didn't know it.

One soldier, specialist Matthew Cook, brought his badly wounded sergeant to the hospital and told ER workers he didn't feel good. Cook was examined, found to be OK and told to sit down. When the adrenaline wore off, he passed out and woke up in a hospital bed. He'd actually been shot four times, once in the head.

GOODWYN: Lopez also covered the trial of Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. She says Hasan keeps an expression on his face of determined indifference, even while the witnesses on the stand describe scenes of epic horror. It reminds her of McVeigh, who had also been in the Army.

Ms. LOPEZ: Very similar in the way they both present themselves in the courtroom. There's no emotion on his face. It's almost as if it were planned. You know, there's nothing there to show that they had any regrets or any idea of how - you know - how horrible this was.

Nidal Hasan is a terrorist who sees himself as Soldier of Allah. (see the image above) He acted in a sane, preplanned and effective manner as directed by the Islamic doctrine he prescribes to.

A doctrine prescribed and promoted by Anwar al-Awaki and al-Qaeda, a doctrine that is at this very moment being spread far and wide on the internet by Samir Khan.

We should convict and execute Nidal Hasan in the same way we did Tim McVeigh. However I fear that in the future there will be a lot more Nidal Hasans.

Shahi Imam of the Delhi Jama Masjid, Maulana Syed Ahmed Bukhari, on Thursday lost his cool when a journalist questioned him regarding the Ayodhya verdict during a press conference, following which he was thrashed by supporters of the cleric.

Mohammed Abdul Waheed Chisti, a reporter with a local Urdu daily, raised a question relating to the ownership of the disputed site before the construction of the Babri mosque in Ayodhya.

Chisti asked the Shahi Imam to spell out his stand on the mention of King Dashrath's name in land records of 1528 before the Babri mosque was constructed.

Initially, Bukhari skirted the question but when the journalist insisted, he was threatened.

"Get him out of this conference, Bukhari shouted while accusing the journalist of working against the interests of the Muslims," he said.

Bukhari's supporters then thrashed the journalist in full public glare.

People like him will 'not be tolerated by Muslims at any cost,' the Shahi Imam said before leaving the press conference....

Last month, I reported exclusively at PJM about video showing al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki leading prayers on Capitol Hill for Muslim congressional staffers and officials for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Sitting beside now-convicted terrorist (and former CAIR communications specialist) Randall �Ismail� Royer in the video was Congressional Muslim Staff Association founder and former president Jameel Johnson. Also present was Nihad Awad, CAIR�s executive director.

But a recent New York Post article about how Johnson�s former employer, Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY), complained to Homeland Security in 2006 about the questioning of another al-Qaeda-linked cleric, Anwar Hajjaj, stated that Hajjaj was then leading prayers for the Muslim staffers on Capitol Hill.

In fact, Meeks invoked Hajjaj�s continued presence on the Hill to demonstrate that he was a �highly regarded� Islamic scholar[...]

But the stories of al-Qaeda clerics Anwar al-Awlaki and Anwar Hajjaj leading prayers on Capitol Hill raise even more questions about who else the Congressional Muslim Staff Association has been hosting in the People�s House.[Emphasis mine..ed] That�s a question members of Congress and other media outlets ought to be asking.[Rest...]

TEMPLE-RASTON: It sounds innocent enough, but a list of Revolution Muslim's members reads like a who's who of American homegrown terrorism suspects. One has been arrested for wanting to launch an attack on the Long Island Railroad for al-Qaida; others were intercepted getting on flights to join a terrorist group in Somalia. (Oct. 13) -- Christians are fleeing the birthplace of Christianity in the Middle East, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict may be to blame, according to regional bishops summoned to the Vatican this week to reverse the troubling trend.

Melkite Patriarch Gregory III of Damascus, Syria, said at the gathering that Christian emigration is "among the most dangerous effects of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict."

He predicted that the Christian exodus will turn Arab society into "a society with only one color, a society uniquely Muslim," the Catholic News Service reported.

But author and TV host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, who calls himself "America's rabbi," said he was incredulous at the sentiments expressed at the synod.

"Blaming Israel for Christians leaving is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard," Boteach told AOL News. "Israel is responsible for all the freedoms in the Middle East. Israel loves Christian visitors.

"Imagine if all the Jews gave up and left Israel tomorrow and decided to all go live in Malibu," Boteach added. "Would homosexuals in the Middle East still be killed? Would there still be honor killings of a sister by her brother? Would Christian churches suddenly open in Saudi Arabia? Would the Taliban suddenly have multistate meetings? The blame for Christians leaving lies in the totalitarian regimes that trample on religious rights and are discriminatory and xenophobic."

Ahmadinejad is visiting southern Lebanon today. Since Israel seems to be keeping their heads low as not to touch off any skirmish while tensions are high, maybe the Sunni Abdullah Azzam Brigades or the Christian militias will get a bit jumpy about having this asshat in their country.

NAPLES � The Collier County Sheriff�s Office is investigating a possible death threat made against a Naples-based online evangelist who has called Islam a �false religion� about �death and hate,� and who is trying to build a �Christian Center� at ground zero in New York City in response to the planned mosque.

Bill Keller, 52, who hosts a paid-programming television show on MyTV8, which he described as the O�Reilly Factor from a �Biblical perspective,� said the threat was on his voicemail when he returned home Tuesday afternoon from New York City.

The caller identifies herself as �Sahar Mohammed� from the Fort Myers-based Islamic Center of Southwest (Florida), and provides the center�s phone number. She said she is angry at Keller for insulting Allah.

�Jihad upon you,� the caller said, adding later, �Your days are numbered.�

�You are a bad person, a very bad person,� the caller said. �We all hate you here. We wish you so much unhappiness. Allah is great. You condemn Allah.�...

WASHINGTON�The Justice Department announced today that the evidence does not reveal a violation of the applicable federal criminal civil rights statute or warrant further federal criminal investigation in the death of Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah, a Detroit Muslim cleric, who was shot during an Oct. 28, 2009, arrest by FBI agents in Dearborn, Mich.

The department conducted a complete, thorough, and independent review of this matter. The review included examining all documents witness accounts, forensic evidence and reports, and operational plans and procedures that were generated by an FBI Inspection Division inquiry, a Dearborn Police Department investigation, and the Wayne County Medical Examiner�s office. Additionally, a senior Civil Rights Division prosecutor consulted with Dearborn detectives and forensic experts and interviewed critical witnesses, including the FBI agents who shot Imam Abdullah and who voluntarily agreed to be interviewed.

To establish a violation of 18 U.S.C., Section 242, the applicable federal statute, the government must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that an official, acting under color of law, willfully deprived a person of a right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. In prosecuting a Section 242 case, the government must show that the official used unnecessary and unreasonable force that was not warranted to achieve a legitimate law enforcement purpose. The government must also prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the official acted willfully, that is, with the specific intent to do something the law forbids.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas E. Perez met in Detroit today with members of Imam Abdullah�s family and later with representatives of interested local groups. Assistant Attorney General Perez explained based on a thorough review of the evidence, federal prosecutors have determined that the evidence does not reveal a violation of Section 242.

The summary of the findings regarding the shooting incident provides detailed information and legal analysis to support the department�s conclusion. This matter is being returned to the FBI to complete its administrative inquiry of the incident.

A Minneapolis imam named Abdighani Ali went on Somali TV and radio, declaring that Somalis who attended the service were non-believers. Ali's claims were echoed online by a man named Abdiwali "Dalboon" Warsame. On his website, Warsame wrote that the Somalis who entered the church lost their Islamic faith.
