Mission Statement

The Coalition to Honor Ground Zero is a network of leaders and organizations of all backgrounds that share a profound concern about the proliferation of terrorism and radical mosques, the encroaching stealth jihad, and the imposition of harsh Shariah law across the globe. We believe in freedom of worship, but also are aware that a number of mosques have been revealed as veritable “Trojan Horses,” masquerading as places of worship when they in fact have proved to be sources of extremist activities and terror plots against America.

The coalition is dedicated to investigating, exposing and standing up to such mosques in our midst, as well as to preserving our freedoms and protecting our nation from harm.

In modern times, a “Trojan Horse” has come to mean a trick in which a supposed gift or peaceable action is presented with the purpose of enticing a target into allowing a mortal enemy into an otherwise secure location.

The mosque and Islamic Center planned for the Ground Zero site is a prominent example of this kind of “Trojan Horse.”  The mosque would dishonor the memory of those who were killed on September 11, 2001.  Organizations across the New York metropolitan area – and rapidly as the word spreads, across America – now oppose this “Trojan Horse” mosque.  Better uses are being developed for the property, that can benefit the community and honor the sacrifice of those who were murdered nine years ago.

The Coalition will educate on the activities and statements of the many community groups organizing against the mosque; serve as a central point of information on the growing public outrage against the mosque; and help coordinate, communicate and lead initiatives.

An extraordinary number of private citizens, organizations, elected and candidate officials, religious leaders, and people from all walks of life, races, ethnicities and creeds are rising up to protest and to prevent the building of any mosque at Ground Zero.

Join us.

ABOUT
The Coalition to Honor Ground Zero (or Coalition Against the Trojan Horse Mosque I like better, it is more interesting) is a network of leaders and organizations of all backgrounds that share a profound concern about the proliferation of terrorism and radical mosques, the encroaching stealth jihad, and the imposition of harsh Shariah law across the globe.  We believe in freedom of worship, but also are aware that a number of mosques have been revealed as veritable “Trojan Horses,” masquerading as places of worship when they in fact have proved to be sources of extremist activities and terror plots against America.   For example, 9/11 hijackers received their “calling” from a mosque in Virginia, as did Dr. Hasan Nidal, who massacred innocent women and children on a U.S. military base.
The coalition is dedicated to investigating, exposing and standing up to such Trojan Horses in our midst, as well as  to preserving our freedoms and protecting our nation from harm.
The Trojan Horse is a story described in Virgil’s epic Latin poem, The Aeneid.  During the Trojan War, the Greek army presented their enemy, Troy, with a giant wooden horse — a peace offering — but hid Greek soldiers inside. During the night, the Greeks pretended to sail away, and the Trojans pulled the huge Horse inside their gates. The Greek warriors then crept out of the Horse, opened the gates of the city to their fellow soldiers, and destroyed the city of Troy.

In modern times, a “Trojan Horse” has come to mean a trick in which a supposed gift or peaceable action is presented with the purpose of  enticing a target into allowing a mortal enemy into an otherwise secure location.

The Coalition to Kick the Mosque Across the Hudson is a network of leaders and organizations of all backgrounds who are up past midnight, wishing they had a President and government that would do what they were elected to do, which (for benefit of the majority of Congress that has forgotten) is to protect the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of the American People and NOT MUCH MORE.  But noooooooo, our government is playing golf and flying their puppy dog at taxpayer expense on a special jet to meet them on vacation where they’re eating lobster, a change from the usual White House fare of $100 per pound Kobe beef.  But we digress…
