[T]he book's layout is urbane, the photos lush, the recipes modern and sophisticated. The teff-and-tofu crowd, it seems, has gone high-gloss.

April 09, 2010: I first fell in love with Heidi's cooking when I stumbled upon her internet blog, 101cookbooks.com, when looking for a roasted pumpkin seed recipe. My cooking has been forever changed since. I've learned how to incorportate ingredients I've never even thought to try, lost weight, and feel wonderful! The book is extremely informative. There are chapters dedicated to different types of flour, sugar, and veggies. Each describes the nutritional benefits of the all natural ingredient and the lack there of in its processed counter part. I particularly love the Crystallized Ginger and Cranberry granola bars, Mesquite Chocolate Chip Cookies, and the Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Delicious! For any all-natural/organic beginners, this book is a must have! I HIGHLY reccommend!!!!
