Eerie digital boy Milo made his first public appearance since E3 2009, and according to his creator, he will star in his own game and he will be able continually learn from individual interactions with humans all over the world. California Submits its Violent Videogame Written Argument to Supreme Court

The Supreme Court won't officially discuss California's violent videogame law until it reconvenes in October. But the state legislators behind the law want to make sure the Justices have plenty of time to ponder what they will deliberate on.
