Brownstone Living on the Cheap
A few dozen under-renovation apartments in several buildings on the 3100 and 3200 blocks of Diamond Street will be rented out as part of a project by Pennrose Properties called the Brownstones at Diamond Street. There are income restrictions for renters on all 49 units being offered up, according to an employee in the project's rental office, and rents start at less than $200 a month. The first six of those apartments is expected to be completed this week, and all of them should be move-in ready over the next several months. GMAP
