TMZ has learned Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are trying to strike agreements on child custody and division of assets ... and then quietly and quickly file divorce papers to end their marriage.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the most important thing for both Tiger and Elin is keeping the terms of the divorce confidential. We're told Tiger has a team -- partly based in NYC -- that is working on the division of assets. But ... as TMZ first told you ... the key player is West Palm Beach lawyer Thomas Sasser, an expert in child custody agreements that involve more than one jurisdiction.
Sources say one of the options is to actually file for divorce in Sweden -- Elin wants to move there with the kids and Tiger would have to submit to the jurisdiction of the court. Wherever the divorce is filed, the plan is to keep the custody and property settlement agreements out of the court file. We're told the quicker and quieter the divorce, the better.
The big issue, we're told -- Tiger wants either custody or visitation, and assurance that he can go into court and enforce the agreement if Elin violates it. We're told Tiger wants the option to go to either a Swedish or American court to enforce the custody agreement.
And sources say ... the couple has not reached agreement on any of the major issues ... at least not yet.
Stay tuned...

Larry King is done sleeping alone -- TMZ has learned CNN's most notorious playboy is moving back in with his wife Shawn Southwick ... at least for now.

Sources close to the couple tell us King is checking out of the hotel where he's been staying and heading back into the couple's Beverly Hills mansion today .... to give the whole "living together" thing another test run.
We're told both sides have agreed to a one-week trial ... but it could go longer if things go well.
This is the third time Larry and Shawn extended their deadline for moving forward with the divorce. Today was supposed to be do-or-die decision-making time.
Tune in next week ...

Kate Jackson -- one of the original stars of "Charlie's Angels" -- claims she's now in "financial ruin" ... and she's blaming it all on a guy she met through Farrah Fawcett.
The 61-year-old actress has fired off a lawsuit against her financial advisor -- claiming the dude has screwed her out of more than $3,000,000.
According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jackson claims Fawcett's former business manager, Richard B. Francis, knew about Kate's "extremely close relationship" with Farrah and used that information to get Kate as a client.
In the docs, Jackson claims Francis told her she was worth roughly $5.4 million -- and she could live off of the interest from her accounts ... at least $300,000 per year.
But Jackson claims she was sorely misinformed and discovered she was actually worth considerably less -- only about $3 million. Jackson claims she learned the truth about her finances when she agreed to buy a home in 2008.
According to the docs, Francis pressured Jackson into buying a home for $2,011,000 in an area he called the "Golden Strip" in Santa Monica ... promising the property would never lose value.
Kate claims Francis knew she couldn't afford the home, but he drained her savings account in order to pay for it anyway. Kate also claims Francis knew she was grossly overpaying for the property.
Kate is now suing for more than $3,000,000 -- claiming she has "suffered financial ruin at the hands of the very person she entrusted with her finances."
Francis says he's been in the business for 50 years and has an impeccable record with several celebrity clients. He added, "This case will end at the deposition stage. It will never go to court."

Lindsay Lohan's life is hardly a fairy tale, but her father's rehab plan for her is straight out of Brothers Grimm -- because it involves locking her in a lavish castle in the middle of ... Long Island.

As we first reported, Michael Lohan asked the judge in Lindsay's DUI case to send LiLo to inpatient rehab in lieu of sending her to jail for missing alcohol education classes ... and the place Michael suggested to send her is the very pricey Oheka Castle.
Only two problems: First, the castle isn't a rehab facility, it's a lavish hotel and resort where celebs like Kevin Jonas get married.
Second, a rep for Oheka tells TMZ it would cost $10,000 a day to rent the top section of the castle -- the only part that's isolated enough to serve as a rehab getaway.
That's a little steep for Lindsay these days, but Michael claims, "several family members have come forward" to help pay for Lindsay's treatment. He's also hoping the castle's owner will give him a friends and family discount.
Once upon a time, indeed.

Bret Michaels' band is confident that the singer will join them on their upcoming tour -- but they're still preparing an emergency plan in case something goes wrong.
Sources close to the band tell us that when Bret returns, "someone in the crew will be required to provide the bus drivers with a list of every hospital from current location to next location ... addresses and all ... so in the event of an emergency, they have the info readily available."
As we previously reported, the band is hopeful that Bret will be back on stage as soon as May 26.
Bret -- who suffered a hemorrhage near his brain stem last month -- has been released from the hospital and has been making tremendous progress at a private rehab facility.
He's expected to make a full recovery.

25-year-old LPGA golfer Erica Blasberg was found dead at her home in Nevada, this according to local police.
According to law enforcement sources, the cause of death has not yet been determined -- but officials are currently conducting a "death investigation."
Blasberg was named Golfweek's 2003 College Player of the Year after finishing the season No. 1 in the rankings.
Blasberg's agent Chase Callahan released the following statement:

TMZ has learned Tiger Woods has hired a key player in his divorce from Elin Nordegren -- attorney Thomas Sasser from West Palm Beach, Florida.

We're told the high-profile, 39-year-old Sasser is an expert in enforcing international child custody agreements -- and sources say the custody agreement is going to be a central issue in Tiger and Elin's divorce.
Sources say Tiger and Elin are trying to work out an arrangement where Elin can take the two kids with her to Sweden, but Tiger will have either custody or visitation rights as well.
Our sources say other lawyers and business people are on Tiger's team -- especially for property settlement issues -- but Sasser is the key man in handling what could become a sticky issue -- child custody.
The goal is for Sasser and lawyers from Elin's team to work out an agreement before divorce papers are filed.
Sasser represented NASCAR star Jeff Gordon in his divorce back in 2003. In that case, the settlement agreement was not reported to the court.
TMZ spoke with Sasser who would neither confirm nor deny if he is representing Tiger. Don't expect Sasser to say much -- he once wrote an article called "Protecting Your Client's Privacy in an Age of Public Information."

TMZ has learned law enforcement officials are currently on the hunt for Dwyane Wade's estranged wife -- after she missed a mandatory court appearance today.

Earlier today, Siohvaughn Wade had blown off a court hearing in Chicago regarding her ongoing divorce war with the Miami Heat star -- so the judge threatened to issue a body attachment order unless she showed up in the afternoon.
The deadline came and went -- and Siohvaughn never showed.
Now, the judge has issued the order -- which means cops will now seek her out, take her into custody ... and deliver her to the judge.
As we previously reported, Siohvaughn has made several sensational claims about Dwyane -- most recently accusing the NBA star of engaging in "sexual foreplay" with his new girlfriend in front of his kids.
Dwyane -- who was present at court today -- has denied all of Siohvaughn's allegations.

Michael Lohan tried to talk to his ex-wife Dina Lohan -- about their troubled daughter Lindsay -- but as you can see from the pic, Dina wasn't having it.

The pair were both at a celebrity boxing event in Long Island over the weekend. We're told Michael tried to discuss Lindsay and the possibility of getting her into rehab ... but Dina brushed him off.
Someone should remind Michael that Dina has a protective order against him. Just saying ...
