Cho Aniki Zero is quite a dichotomy: a batcrap crazy premise is paired with arid, uninspired gameplay. This is a side-scrolling bullet hell shooter starring a cast of mostly nude, muscle-bound men constantly tossed into various homoerotic situations. The aesthetic is similar to Muscle March on WiiWare, although the two games feature totally different gameplay. While the premise here is delightfully ridiculous, actually playing the game is sadly a dull affair. Cho Aniki Zero doesn't offer anything new or interesting as far as shooters go.

Cho Aniki Zero gives players the chance to take part in an epic struggle alongside heroes Idaten and Benten as they blast through the muscle-bounded forces of Emperor Balzac II.
Cho Aniki Zero brings manliness back to the old-school shoot-em-up genre and, warps it to another dimension of sights and sounds.
