Spanish Rice II
Great way to change up rice! I did shy away from the green chiles and used a little chopped green bell pepper instead. I think you could put a lot of different vegetables in this dish. Easy and delicious.

Best Bread Machine Bread
Excellent! The texture was not too dense inside and the crust was just perfect. This is a great basic bread machine recipe!

Easy Meatloaf
Quick and easy. I didn't use the mustard/brown sugar/catsup sauce on the top. I just used catsup. The brown sugar sauce sounded a bit too sweet for our taste. Otherwise, it was moist and delish. I will definitely use the recipe again.
