Michael Jackson RX
MJ and Klein -- Affection for Injections

BERJAYAArnold Klein injected Michael Jackson with an intra-muscular drug labeled "I.M. Injection" 51 times in three months, this according to documents filed by Arnold Klein himself.

And one prominent L.A. dermatologist says "I.M. Injection" is commonly used as billing code for the narcotic Demerol.

In the documents, most of the procedures appear to be minor, such as acne treatments, lip treatments and Botox -- yet "I.M. Injection" appears over and over on Michael's bill -- sometimes several times a day. The I.M. Injections correspond to the dates of the minor treatments.

In one particular case, Jackson went to Klein on April 23rd and received three "I.M. Injections" -- at $60 a pop.

Then, remarkably two days later -- on a Saturday -- Jackson went to Klein's office and got 4 more I.M. Injections to facilitate an injection of the smallest possible dose of Restylane -- a popular wrinkle-filler.

According to the docs, Arnie Klein -- Jackson's self-described good friend -- charged Jackson $7500 for the weekend visit.

Jackson's three month bill -- $48,522.89.

Jackson Wanted to Be Fresh King of Bel Air

TMZ has learned Michael Jackson was involved in negotiations to buy a $38 million 15 bedroom, 16.5 bath Bel Air mansion just before he died -- and the deal was 7 years in the making.

BERJAYA
Sources connected to the situation tell us MJ fell in love with the 18,020 square foot estate back in 2001 and actually entered into escrow -- but the deal fell through because Jackson ultimately couldn't afford the place.

BERJAYABut recently, Michael was trying to work out a new deal with the owners, in the hopes of coming into enough cash to score the place after his "This Is It" concert series in England.

A source tells TMZ: "Jackson brought his kids to see the house and they fell in love with it ... They begged him to buy it."

The kids' favorite part? We're told they were all fired up about a secluded area under the house which was nicknamed the "Bat Cave."

Sources say Jackson had hoped to use the land to recreate as much of Neverland as he legally could, but as we all know ... he never got the chance.

Michael Madsen -- Go Big or Go Homeless

BERJAYABeing broke usually means it's time to make sacrifices, but not for Michael Madsen -- dude declared bankruptcy, then allegedly racked up $80,000 in unpaid rent on a mansion ... and now faces eviction.

According to docs filed last Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the owner of Michael's luxury Malibu home claims the "Kill Bill" actor skipped out on his $20,000/month rent four months in a row ... and now owes $80,000.

If he doesn't pay up, Michael could be homeless -- according to the docs, the owner intends to evict him if the debt isn't covered.

It's unclear how Michael planned to pay his rent since he filed docs for bankruptcy back in June, which say his net monthly income was $-3,392.

L.A. Laker Stung by $50,000 Bumblebee

Lakers center Andrew Bynum bought himself a special present earlier this month just in time for his birthday -- a $50,000 tricked out Chevy Camaro modeled after the character Bumblebee from "Transformers."

Andrew Bynum

We're told Andrew -- who turned 22 yesterday -- walked into Felix Chevrolet-Cadillac in Los Angeles and bought the Camaro 2SS V8 with all the trimmings, including a special customized body kit and yellow paint job with black racing stripes ... just like Shia LaBeouf's BFF Bumblebee in the Transformers movie.

But Andrew wasn't feeling Bumblebee's silver rims -- we hear he sprung for a set of shiny new black ones instead.

Jamie McCourt -- 'Real' Frank Will Be Exposed

One of Jamie McCourt's lawyers has issued a stern warning to her estranged husband Frank -- if the L.A. Dodgers owner doesn't play ball, "a lot will come out about the kind of person Frank McCourt is."

Jamie McCourt

The lawyer, legendary Bert Fields, tells TMZ Frank and Jamie were in the middle of a "happy marriage" in 2004, when Jamie agreed to sign the Marital Property Agreements that Frank presented to her. Those agreements directly addressed ownership of the Dodgers, among other valuable assets.

Fields also tells us that while Frank now claims those Marital Property Agreements gave Frank sole ownership of the Dodgers, Jamie has an "unimpeachable witness" who will attest to the fact that Frank has repeatedly acknowledged Jamie's community property ownership of the team.

FYI -- Fields joins a legal team consisting of family law attorney Dennis Wasser, who has repped stars like Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg.

This is only day one of the official divorce battle ... it's gonna be one hell of a fight.

D.A. to Dr. Murray -- Don't Blame Michael

BERJAYADr. Conrad Murray is blaming Michael Jackson and the fledgling economy on his inability to pay child support -- but the District Attorney of Clark County, Nevada ain't buying it.

In a response filed today to Dr. Murray's objection, the D.A. shot down Murray's claims -- saying, "Dr. Murray's inadequate child support payment history began before the events of June 25, 2009 [the day Michael Jackson died] and Dr. Murray has shown a pattern of failing to abide by child support orders."

Dr. Murray is due back in court on November 16, and the D.A. wants Murray to make a full disclosure of his finances before then.

Jamie McCourt -- I'm Not Giving Up the Dodgers

In Jamie McCourt's divorce documents filed against her husband Frank, she is challenging Frank's statement that he is the sole owner of the Dodgers -- claiming she's been bamboozled.

Jamie McCourt

In the docs, Jamie says they faced a "myriad of creditors" and for that reason certain assets were held solely by Frank -- notably the Dodgers.
BERJAYA
Jamie says when she signed the agreements giving away her rights to the Dodgers, she was not represented by legal counsel. Jamie demands that the court declare "that any purported capital Marital Property Agreements are null, void, and unenforceable."

Furthermore, Jamie says the homes she and Frank had were held by her solely -- not as community property.

In the docs, Jamie also adds, "Frank and I always considered the real estate to be our property -- just like the Dodgers."
