Rocky has mistakenly eaten an envelope that contained a large sum of cash, which was a protection payment for Pie Face Balboa's restaurant. After failing to get their money, the mob kidnaps Pie's daughter, and Rocky vows to get her back. You'll have to make it through downtown, the freeway, a haunted apartment, the sewer, and a chili factory if you want to save the girl and your reputation! Using your unique hairstyle as a weapon, you're going to have your hands full with all kinds of mobsters and henchmen on your trail.
