BERJAYA Amendment 21

3 oz. Double Cross Vodka
1 oz. dry Madeira
1 bar spoon Scotch Whiskey
1 bar spoon of honey

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
