The sign of a great videogame is that it's as much fun to watch someone else play it as it is to play yourself. With its excellent graphics and heart-stopping action, this can certainly be said of RESIDENT EVIL a graphic adventure game that is as engaging as a Hollywood horror movie. In the game, you and your partner are given a set number of tasks to accomplish and puzzles to solve, and when you're not busy doing that you're blasting away at undead zombies and packs of demonic dogs. The weapons at your disposal range from a relatively ineffective pistol to a grotesquely effective rocket launcher. In the years since this game first came out there have been dozens of games attempting to snatch the RESIDENT EVIL crown, but so far none have come close in delivering engaging game play and cinematics that cause event the most hardened gamer to jump out of their skin.
