Well, hard work really pays off!!!
Over the past five months I met and spoke with so many Pittsburghers who were proud of Pittsburgh, but not proud of their local government. As your City Controller we will have a city government in which we all can be proud. A government of the highest integrity and professionalism, that is fiscally responsible and fundamentally fair and responds to the needs of Pittsburghers in a superior way.
I would like to thank those of you who made our overwhelming victory on May 15th possible. It was with the help of those of you who made phone calls, wrote letters, placed a sign in your yard and knocked on over 30,000 doors across Pittsburgh that we were able to win.
As November draws closer, I will continue to travel to every neighborhood across Pittsburgh talking about how we will improve city government.
