Four classic Genesis games soon to find new life on Wii

What we do know are the games themselves. First up is Vectorman, in which players roam around a polluted Earth in the year 2049. You play Vectorman, who has the ability to morph into several different objects (power drill, fish, speeding train) in an effort to bring down the leader of the evil Orbots, WarHead.
Next is Sonic Spinball, in which Sonic and Tails are trying to put a stop to the evil deeds of Dr. Eggman via some pinball / platform action. Essentially, it's a pinball game with a little Sonic The Hedgehog flair.
Then there's Sword of Vermilion, an early Genesis RPG that combined 3D mazes with action-based overhead battles. Players assume the role of Erik VI in an effort to reclaim the lost glory of the kingdom of Excalabria, which has been stolen by the evil Tsarkon.
Finally, in Beyond Oasis players take the reigns of Prince Ali in an effort to defeat the evil threatening a great empire. The action takes a cue from The Legend of Zelda and other action adventures, making for one of the system's best such games.
As of now, we're still waiting for info on release dates. If all goes as usual, each download will cost 800 Wii points, or $8.
