Unverified. Once you have beaten a pro's challenge in story mode they are then accessible in classic mode. Clearing Classic mode is achieved through unlocking the Warehouse.

Crate-A-Skate ... clear classic mode
Rail, lip, and manual balance ... clear classic mode twice
Tiny mode ... clear classic mode thrice
Giant mode ... clear Classic mode four times
Matrix mode ... clear Classic mode five times
First-person view ... clear classic mode six times
Replay camera ... clear Classic mode seven times
Turbo mode ... clear Classic mode eight times
Always Special ... clear Classic mode nine times
Paper tony ... clear Classic mode ten times
Hover Board ... clear Classic mode eleven times
Always ribbon ... clear Classic mode twelve times
Ninja Skater ... clear Story mode thirteen times

Once all the tasks are completed in the Warehouse in Classic mode, you can then press L to randomize the appearances of the skate pieces.
