Shhhh...can you hear that? No you can't, because it's silent. The demand for a quiet or near silent personal computer has cooling accessory manufacturers taking strides to cool your computer without adding or even removing noise, especially the chipset.

BERJAYANeoseeker Asus EN7950GT (Web Link) -December 29, 2006, 9:45 pm - Comments (0)

Power consumption for the ASUS card is the lowest among the four tested. This is an unexpected result, as both use the same chipset but the XFX7950 GT is passively cooled while the EN7950 GT is cooled by a fan.The EN7950 GT uses 60 Watts less power under load than the X1900XT 256. This is a very important fact for anyone planning on using two video cards. A CrossFire setup with the X1900XT 256 would require a much more powerful power supply than an SLId EN7950 GT or the XFX 7950 GT setup.

Today Ill be looking at a brand new controller design from Logitech known as the ChillStream. As the name implies, this product is made to cool. But how? Its just a gamepad. Looks can be deceiving and although this looks like just a quality gamepad, its actually a quality gamepad with a fan built in to deliver a cool breeze (or a chilled stream of air) to the users palms allowing you to game for hours and hours and avoid C.G.P.S (clammy gaming palm syndrome). Lets take a closer look at this unique new product from Logitech.

BERJAYAThermaltake TMG A2 and TMG I2 (Web Link) -December 29, 2006, 4:46 pm - Comments (0)

To round up stuffs, we would say the TMG A2 and I2 are definitely quite some performer for their price. Though the design is quite normal looking and pretty common, Thermaltake managed to round out its new TMG series of products, advertising them as they should work, and it definitely is so for the TMG A2 and I2. Packed in solid packagings, come with a few case badges, silent and good enough to cool down processors decently thrown in some overclocks and quite some voltage, not to mention it is actually very easy to be installed, Thermaltake had once again hit the market with some good products. Rated to be priced around 33USD to 38USD over some international online sales site, the TMG A2 and I2 is certainly something worth putting attention on for enthusiasts.

BERJAYAScythe Andy Samurai Master CPU Cooler (Web Link) -December 29, 2006, 10:37 am - Comments (0)

The Andy Samurai Master has an unusual name and a new shape uncommon to fans of Scythe. Honestly, I have no idea where they got the name for. The only thing I will say is this cooler is a combination of West meets East. I guess the Andy is the West and the Samurai is the East. Thats all I can gather from it. The shape is a two tier design linked by six nickel covered copper heat pipes. The size and design of it looks to be able to perform really well. It also shares some features of another Scythe cooler, the Infinity. Does it cool as well as the Infinity? Let us run it through some tests and find out.

SNIP: Today that may all change and I may be procuring this reference sample as my new reference memory to use as I will be reviewing the Redline XP2-8000s big brother, XP2-8500. This time well testing the memorys performance with an Intel Core 2 Duo based system whose components are tried and true and should easily be able to push the XP2-8500 to its potential and beyond. Please join me to see if we have another winner on or hands or just another contender.

Not everyone wants to lug around a honking media player, yet you might want a player with enough storage space to hold most of your tunes. We have put together a list of our favorite MP3 players, all small in size and with an affordable price tag. Sure, there are cheaper players out there, but none of them come as close to these three when it comes to features. We hope you will agree.

I was impressed with the performance and despite a slightly awkward installation process, the Noctua NC-U6 is easily my favorite chipset cooler that I have looked at thus far. The Noctua NC-U6 cools incredibly well without the use of a fan, mounts extremely securely to the chipset, has a relatively small footprint for the its abilities, and is very well priced to boot. Anyone looking to improve cooling and/or eliminate noise from their system should keep the Noctua NC-U6 near the top of their shopping list.

BERJAYA*Updated* ASUS Striker Extreme NVIDIA 680i SLI Motherboard (Web Link) -December 28, 2006, 11:17 pm - Comments (0)

Now, I recently updated to the new official 505 BIOS listed on ASUS` website. That did not fix either the sound or memory issues for me. I then contacted ASUS and was sent an unofficial 701 BIOS after I explained my issues. The 701 BIOS also did nothing to fix either of these issues. So the wait continues....*sigh*.

Echoes of Faydwer for PC. Here is a review quote for you: Since EQ2 came out the game has seen tons of changes. Some of them were minor (interface tweaks, zone population balancing, etc.) but a great number of them were major. The combat in the game was completely revamped, the old class leveling system got scraped and the list doesnt stop there.

BERJAYANokia N93 (Web Link) -December 28, 2006, 7:11 am - Comments (0)

Nokias N93 is the Swiss Army knife of cell phones, a teeming tenement of technologies. A 3.2 MP digital camera and a 30 frame per second (fps) camcorder are a combination available on no other phone besides the N93 (at least, not as this is being written). This phone also has camcorder-like ergonomics with a swivel-up-and-around 2.4-inch LCD screen, WiFi connectivity, an MP3 player with stereo Bluetooth, and lots of included multimedia software that turns the phone into a pocket PC. And as a tri-band EDGE/GSM 900/1800/1900 phone, the N93 is compatible with high-speed EDGE networks all over the world.
