yeah i'm totally taking the day off, probably the weekend or something just to see this. I've been waiting since like forever to see a great transformers movie like this. I enjoyed the first one, i even own it and i can't wait to see this.

It looks okay, only thing is the Transformers look like a bunch of monsters attacking earth...I hope they don't focus too much on the human storylines...I don't want to know about Tyreis' family and past love life etc, I want to know about Optimus Prime, Megatron, Soundwave and Star Scream.

I miss you more than Michael Bay missed the mark, when he made Pearl Harbor.

Very impressive, I showed my dad the trailer didnt take him from watching half way through it to know this will be mega blockbuster in theather sales. He had some good memories about that cartoon back in day. I remember when I was 6 and watched the cartoon movie, really cant wait to see it 7-4-7. Deceptacons gonna get thier asses kicked.

Only thing I don't like is they used a different sound for transformations, instead of the traditional sound that Transformers always had. Also, there seems to be a love story between two kids. I'm not liking that, I just want the move to be on the Transformers.

Listen the classic tranformations that was from cartoons but now they are using for reality instead cartoonish, they have to sound realistic big huge robots u have to hear their mechanical (ie) motors,hydraulics,servors,ect, look at robocop he sound like an cyborg right?? moving joints around and thumping sound while walking...

This movie gonna rox for summer!!!!!!!!!

On a side note I was kinda worried since Michael Bay directed he has had alot of misses that I thought were gonna be bad ass from the trailer such as Pearl Harbor. Then again he also directed one I really liked in The Rock. The Island wasn't that bad either.

This movie if done right is a treat to all us kids of the '80's. I still have all my original Transformers in a box somewhere in my house. I remember seeing the cartoon movie in the theater as well...good times

A must see for sure.... but I'm surprised that everyone LOVED the trailer and their aren't some critics yet. It looks like a good quality movie, but from what I could tell, the Transformers all have a much more "robotic" look than I imagined. More of a nuts and bolts type look I guess... as opposed to the more solid metalic look of the cartoon characters.

Either way, should be a good watch... oh, and the teaser look at Optimus Prime was sweet!

Its got the same cool factor that Terminator 2 originally had. Sort of gritty, dark and mysterious with elements of suspense. This will definitely be a re-envisioning of the Transformers franchise and I can't wait to see it.
