Can't seem to make it from the house to the APC. I seem to always run out of time. Any Ideas?

Looks like SOMEONE'S playing on Casual Difficulty.
Anyway, If you can get close to a Boomer (before it drops you) Frag-Tag it. That'll take it out in one shot. You can also use the Torque bow.
In regards to running for the APC, ignore everything in your path and just "Roadie Run to Glory". If you move fast enough you should be fine.

Playing on Insane I wouldn't recommend trying to melee/use shotgun on boomers. I usually use either sniper shots or the torque bow. One torque bolt will down them, as will around 5 or 6 sniper shots. On the level you're refering too, I took down the first two boomers, and then bolted for the APC. Try going down the left or the right, instead of straight down the middle. And don't get stuck in front of the emergence hole!!
