Board Users: If you see a message that needs to be deleted and/or locked or a situation that requires a mod's attention, please post it here. A mod will evaluate the post and take appropriate action if needed. Don't just say "the so and so thread on so and so board needs to be locked/deleted." Please give a link to the thread in question.
Insiders: Please take the time to mark-up your URLs to clickable links. It'll cut down the response time and allow us to take care of the matter much quicker. Don't give links to a private message you received from a user. If you are having problems with a user regarding private messages, please contact Head Board Admin.
Moderators: Please do not just go to the link and delete or lock the thread right away. Several times on the boards perfectly legitimate topics have been deleted or locked. Evaluate the post first, but please delete the post containing the links once you have taken care of the situation so other moderators will know you've taken care of the situation. Don't forget to delete the post you just moderated from this thread.

How can I find out why/who moved a thread I created or posted in?
Contact the IGN Board Admin if you wish to get more information about this. Do not make a thread asking about this.
Why was my thread locked?
Please ask the moderator who locked it or contact the IGN Board Admin. Do not make a thread asking why.
I have a problem with a moderator and/or I feel I was wrongly banned or other related situations.
If you have a problem with anyone at the boards. You need to contact the IGN Board Admin and explain the situation with as much detail as possible. You can also contact the IGN Board Admin to seek help with a given situation for a more direct approach. Discussing it in Board Issues will not help and your thread will be locked. These are private matters.

Users: Please don't use this thread for discussion/spamming. Remember to always PROVIDE A LINK in your post, and cite specific users and the violations. If you are caught spamming this thread, you will be banned just as if you were spamming any other thread. If you are linking to a CT, please use a direct link or it might not be moderated.
Here's an example of a helpful post:
"User -1313-Evil_Homer is spamming in this thread"
Do not just link to a user's profile. Link to what they've done wrong.
Believe it or not, we can find profiles when we're reading people's posts, but not necessarily the other way around.
Simply posting "-1313-Evil_Homer is spamming" is NOT helpful and will not be moderated.

If you receive a PM from anyone that you believe violates the ToS, you will have to contact the Board Admin.
non-subscribers can also post links by simply posting the full URL. For example: http://www.google.com <- Put a space before it for it to work.
This thread is NOT for arguing, conversing or spamming. It is for reporting TOS violations ONLY. Any other type of post is subject to banning.
