October 25, 2006 - ABC is giving Lost a breather. As part of the network's strategy to avoid repeats of the hit series, the show will go on hiatus after the episode airing November 8. It will make way for Taye Diggs' new "Groundhog Day-ish" action-thriller series Day Break in that timeslot.
The series is currently pulling in around 16 million viewers -- that's down around 20 percent from last season. Lost actually finished second last week to CBS' Criminal Minds. The show, however, is still tops in the coveted 18-49 demographic.
