GameSpy has put up their preview of Call of Duty 3 which focuses mostly on the Nintendo Wii version. Here's an excerpt:
Apart from the obvious fact that aiming a weapon at an enemy will be extremely easy, using grenades will require the player to mimic the gesture of throwing a projectile. It will be possible to pick grenades up off the ground and throw them back to the enemies, a task that only NPC allies could perform in the past. Grenades can even be thrown towards closed windows, so that they can shatter the glass and take out enemies inside any building.
