August 19, 2005 - IGN has always been on top of things; that's why we periodically gather a list of the nastiest game-stopping glitches and offer recommendations on how to avoid them. While not everyone is destined to experience the same "bugs", we know how frustrating they can be for the gamers who do face them. Here're some recently reported glitches/bugs to look out for: Predator Concrete Jungle and Star Wars Episode III revenge of the Sith.
Predator Concrete Jungle
Platform: PS2
Bug/Glitch: Omega Flashbomb glitch. Go to the practice stage labled "weapon practice". Go through the practice until the fire bombs appear on the top of the two crates that serve as a bums house. Stand on the bombs and aquire twelve. Then run away and com back to were the text reads "fire bomb ammo full". While still on top of the crates look at one of the small steel ramps that connect the buildings. Dont aim just throw the bombs straight forward. Try not to throw them while some one is near. Throw as many as you want until someone gets close then stop. When someone gets to close the bombs will let off whooshing sound and the person will stand there with no skin on looking around then they will spontaneosly combust into flame! Dont move while throwing bombs!!!
Fix/Solution: None provided. Non-lethal to gameplay.

Star wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith
Platform: PS2
Bug/Glitch: In the level were you're at the archives and fight the jedi(i forgot what it's called.),get to the part where you fight the jedi brute. (Blue dude, double bladed green lightsaber) Use force choke on him,R1. Walk towards him, as you walk towards him you will notice that he sinks into the ground. Careful not to get him completly underground because he doesn't die so you won't be able to beat that part.
Fix/Solution: None provided. Fatal, reload or avoid triggering effects.
