Organization: Alexa Crawls

Microsoft has released a list of original Xbox games that will be playable (backward compatible) on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system. To our surprise, the list is bigger than we expected and includes many TeamXbox favorites but also lacks some important series such as Madden, the 2K line-up or the sequel to Amped.

We noticed that most of the titles supported are first generation Xbox games, so we guess that as programmers learned to use the Xbox hardware, they started to take advantage of some specific instructions found in the nVDIA GPU, making it hard to adapt those for the new ATI graphics processor. That might explains some of the missing titles.
