November 3, 2005 - The Big N today announced that its unique military-themed pinball game, Odama, has received a firm release date in America. The title is set to ship for GameCube in the States on March 6, the company revealed.
Odama utilizes familiar pinball-style gameplay mechanics, but changes the traditional machine setting to a warring ancient Japan. Sounds crazy, we know, but some people -- not us -- swear by the experience, calling it one of the more innovative titles at E3 2005. Nintendo says of Odama: "It's the best microphone-controlled Japanese feudal warrior pinball game you'll ever play." Uh-huh.
Look out for much more on the game soon.
