Hey web techies, here's your shot! id Software is looking for someone to join their team as Webmaster and all-around Internet guru. The position involves typical daily duties coding and updating idsoftware.com as well as management of the id Online Store. Additionally, the webmaster is responsible for administering a number of id game servers as well as offering creative and technical advice on external web projects like their individual game sites.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience developing/coding websites in .php and .html
- Experience running and managing first-person game servers
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of "game community" including fan sites, IRC, message boards, etc.
- Firm grasp of web art creation and management tools
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
- Adaptability. id is a small company and everyone does a lot of different jobs. You must be comfortable occasionally working long hours, and taking on responsibilities outside of your job description.
- Must already live in Dallas or surrounding areas (or be willing to relocate at your own expense)

STA's RtCW Shrub League: Season of Giving

STA is now accepting registrations for their next season of RtCW Shrub competition. The season will be played 6v6, Limited 6-Lives and No Panzer, with the typical pre-season, regular season and playoff finals format. However, they offer up a little twist at the end in which the winning team will choose a charitable organization in which a monetary donation will generously be made on their behalf. New ETPro Test Release

A new beta test release of bani's ETPro mod for Enemy Territory is up for grabs. Test release 3 of the mod includes the following:

- b_extendedprone (default 0, disabled) - enables accurate hitbox for proning animations, and makes the prone animation transition through crouching.
- b_killshot_delay (default 0, disabled) - time in milliseconds to take automatic screenshot after a kill
Bugfixes:
- listenserver should work again.
- limbo camera wallhack fixed.
- callvote-go-spec exploit fixed.
- players/specs got g_inactivity/g_spectatorInactivity punted during pause. fixed.

I Spy A New Tray Spy

A new version of AR Tray Spy is now available for download, with brand new support for Quake 4, F.E.A.R, DoD: Source and the new BF2 query protocol.
