April 20, 2005 - Oakland based rap duo Zion I, who recently released a new album entitled True & Livin', will be taking to the stage, hopefully at a venue near you, throughout April, May and June before embarking on a European tour. This marks the first time the group has undertaken a synchronized world tour.

"We've performed around the world before, but we've never had our tour plans so synchronized," explains Zion. "This record is on our newly formed label--Live Up Records--so we're doing an international push for this album."

Joining Zion I for the tour will be a variety of equally minded underground rappers inlcuding the Scojourners in Japan, Opio of the Hieroglyphics on West Coast dates, One.Be.Lo on East Coast dates and Roosevelt Franklin throughout Europe.
