April 05, 2005 - No need to hack into her Sidekick – Paris Hilton is posting her audio journal online for the world to hear, counting down the days to the May 6th release of Warner Bros.' House of Wax.

Hilton stars in the forthcoming horror flick with Elisha Cuthbert (24), Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill), Brian Van Holt (Black Hawk Down), Paris Hilton (The Simple Life), Jared Padalecki (Gilmore Girls), Jon Abrahams (Meet the Parents) and Robert Ri'chard (Coach Carter).  The film tells the story of a group of friends who fall prey to a sinister plot while passing through a small town on their way to a college football game.

"The Paris Hilton Podcast – Countdown to House of Wax" is available on the House of Wax website. Paris will be recording her personal accounts of the hottest events leading up to the film's release. Note that it must be played back on an MP3 player – if you don't have one of those yet, you aren't cool.  For the Internet audio-challenged a custom House of Wax Podcatcher is available for download on the site.

Dark Castle Entertainment's Joel Silver, Robert Zemeckis and Susan Levin are producing the the flick.  Jaume Collet-Sera directed from a script by Chad Hayes & Carey W. Hayes.

House of Wax is rated R by the MPAA for "horror violence, some sexual content and language."

Paris' Podcasts won't begin until April 29th, but you can check out a fresh batch of stills and promo images from the film right now...
