FarCry I need help with the cheat for Far Cry. I've edited the appropriate files, the only thing I don't understand is the "add -devmode to the end of your game executable" part. I edited the name of the executable to "Far Cry-devmode" and the keybinds still don't work in game. What am I doing wrong?? --Chrol511 Go to run and in the run box type "farcry.exe -devmode" --pyrostic No what you have to do is right click on the far cry icon on the desk top. Then hit propities. Then type in your thing there. Then hit apply then hit ok. --neogamer_101 Galleon Islands of Mystery Help with Galleon please. How do I defeat the two "Neptune" statues? I know that you have to use those two cannons in the area where the statuse are, and fire them at the two bosses, but after using both cannons how do I reload them? I can't use them anymore after one shot and I end up running around trying to find another way to kill the statues, but i'm having no luck in finding anyway to reuse those two cannons. Am I doing something wrong, can anyone help me with this stage? Thanks in advance. --Sn00ty Galleon Walkthrough by Myke. --SNG-IGN Champions of Norrath in act 2 after lord vampire drops you in that hole i used a gate scroll. after that i took the long way back by using the town portal to to to the undead battle grounds and now it wont let me get back in the hole ( this is before i knew gate scrolls brought you back and now im stuck.) i dont know whether its a defect or im an idiot and cant figure it out help, PLEASE! --Tom Your only goal is to escape the pit and head back into the castle. You can escape normally by painting the castle dungeon with vampire brains or using a gate scroll. You won't be missing too much treasure if you use a gate scroll, but you if you can carry a bunch of gear, you might as well cash in while you can. --SNG-IGN ok i just got the Horn of Ill Omen and it says i have to take it to this Davic dude or something? where the hell is this guy? --carkmouch He's the guy in the beginning island where you started the Pit, or the Maw, or the Hole or whatever the island stage was. --SNG-IGN Final Fantasy Tactics Advance I would like to recommend that you update your FAQ's page on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Melee Dear sirs, It has come to my attention during my meanderings through your website that a new Super Smash Bros Melee FAQ by Luigi1432 has a few misnomers. Firstly in cruel melee while it is difficult to obtain 20 kills for the rumored Sonic and Tails playable characters, this does not mean impossible I myself have managed 24. This does however not cause either character to appear. It is also possible to hit all of the credits, it is merely very very very difficult. More than likely however this will not cause Toad to become playble either. I suggest you edit this FAQ to avoid confusion, highlighting that there are no undiscovered secret characters. Also the contact information for Luigi1432 does not appear on the FAQ so if could pass this email along to him or sned me his address I would be happy to inform him of his slight errors. I have a question about Tartan, I can only choose to hybridize things from that first menu, I can't choose from the zillion other crops and trees and seeds that I have available. I've tried quite a few different ways, too. I've put almost all my stuff on the shelf in the storeroom, I've moved stuff around, I've sold all the stuff I don't need, I've moved things around in my rucksack endlessly, and nothing works. How do I enqable it? --Helixx2420 Check your game's readme file and see if they support VGA settings; any video problems and tweaks will usually be listed there. As a last ditch effort, try Square-Enix's Customer/Technical support. Unless you have a monitor and video card that are incapable of SVGA settings, you should prob'ly not use VGA. --SNG-IGN Golden Sun Lost Age I found the Golden Sun 2 Faq by "Cinderquil" to be insanely inaccurate and %100 confusing. I request that you take the FAQ off of the FAQ/Walkthrough page. I am stuck on the Charles Marcus level of America's 10 most wanted (pathetic I know) I have managed to get to the bit that looks like the graveyard but thats as far as I can get - I know that the arrow is pointing at the 4 things that look like washing machines but I cant get them moved and cant find any other way around. --slaceymamfa2 Use the blocks the arrow is pointing at to jump over the large container beside them. There are a few parts in the game where the arrows point out ledges or objects you must jump onto to continue. ;) --postal47 Pokemon Gold My pokemon gold keeps deleting on me gelp --joswoo88 Call Nintendo's customer service. Their number should be on the back of your Game Boy, and the call is free. It sounds like your battery inside the Pokemon game is dying which they may be able to fix for you. --MarkRyan-IGN A friend and I were talking the other day and IGN came up. We'd both been enthusiastic readers of the Pokemon of the Day feature back when PotDC was writing it, and agreed that we'd both like the see the feature again, particularly as Leaf Green and Fire Red just debuted, offering us new moves and characteristics for old Pokemon. We'd sure like to see it brought back. The random articles by Pokemon Board readers, specifically aimed at those who use RSbot and Pokemon Netbattle rather than people who own the cartridges, really didn't cut it. --Adam H. Send along a sample of your writing to faqs@ign.com and we'll evaluate the possibility of a new Pokemon of the Day column. --SNG-IGN Legacy of Kain Defiance I have LOK:Defiance on my PC and I have an Ati Radeon 9000 video card.I have the drivers installed, everything ok but there is that problem I told you about and I can't return the game because is a gift from a friend on my birthday.I searched everywhere on the net and i don't seem to find the answer.Like i said I'm having problems with the main menu....well seems to be any menu ,the text appears blue and flashes every so often.Also the walls seem to flash when looking from different angles or when walking around but i don't think is a problem with the CD because the game is new, i think is something wrong with my video card or registry.Thank you! Hope you can help me! --Andrew Kael I recommend hitting up your Readme file. Last minute changes and video conflicts are usually listed there. Updating your drivers may be part of the answer, but will not rectify hardwired device conflicts. Check with the readme file, then if that fails to address your problem, call up Eidos' Customer/Technical service line. --SNG-IGN And The Rest ... Gameshark v1.8 freeze problem. Hi, whenever i enter a new code or new game, it will say "please wait, saving changes" and it freezes, anyone know how to fix this problem? or anyone know how to change my gameshark to default settings? thanks --Waterboyz That's an interesting bug. Does the 1.8 GS use a memory card? If so, your blocks may be insufficient or bad. Contact GamsShark's customer support and see if they can narrow down your answer. --SNG-IGN How do i open my xbox to clean my lenses? I really want to get some games for it without having to order from America. Is there away to play Japanese games on an American system. I read about imported Japanese games to the US how does this work out if the PS2 cant play that software?
