March 28, 2005 - After finishing up Team Sabre for Novalogic, Ritual closed its super secret shutters and began working on two unannounced titles. While we still have no idea what those games may be, we have learned that the development house is currently ramping up to support at least one of them.
While Ritual has traditionally been a PC-centric developer, the move to cross-platform creation is unsurprising. What is odd is the current rumor that the unannounced title in question would be revealed soon -- and they're only getting an in-house producer now? Typically a videogame has a developer and publisher handled production layer in place before it's revealed to the public, but whatever.
Despite all the rumors and related info, we just can't say what this game is. Recently, IGN learned that Ritual was forced to can development on SiN 2 due to a lack of publisher interest, so it's probably not that (damn it all to hell).
