Nomination threads will be open from now until Monday, April 4th. At 10am the nominations will be closed. Voting will be by poll and will start sometime Monday afternoon and run until Monday, April 18th. Winners will be announced on the City of Heroes 1 year anniversary, April 28th. Winners will receive a certificate signed by Statesman and CuppaJo. Anyone with a CoH board account can vote and win regardless of location!

Small Update Today 3/16/05 [Post A Comment] - Print News | Mail News There has been a small update to the CoH client today. Here�s the official word on what�s been changed:
"Hazard Zones * The Hive: fixed bug with Hamidon Mini-buds dropping DO enhancements rather than SO Enhancements.
Chat * It is no longer necessary to use a command to activate Global Chat. Global chat is now turned on by default for all players.
Game Stability * Fixed bug that could cause mapservers to lag and occasionally crash.
* Fixed rare bug that prevented some specific characters from being able to log on correctly."

The results of all the awards will be published in an upcoming InQuest Gamer issue.�

Gamespy Issue #4 Preview [Post A Comment] - Print News | Mail News Gamespy has a new Issue #4 preview posted. Here's a little of what they had to say:
"I was kind of blown away by the breadth of options available when setting up matches. You can opt for one-on-one matches, team battles, and even matches that pit entire supergroups against each other. In terms of team matches, up to eight teams can go at it, each of which can include up to eight players. The real craziness, though, is reserved for the supergroup battles: two of these guilds can bring up to 75 members, in create enormous 150-head zerg-fests. The winning conditions you're able to set vary just as widely..."
