March 22, 2005 - Got Game Entertainment and Merscom announced today that Laser Squad Nemesis is now officially gold, meaning work on the title is complete.

Laser Squad Nemesis is a strategy game designed by the creators of X-Com. Players command a squad of troops from one of three distinct factions through a unique combination of real-time and turned-based gameplay. The game is played against the computer or with another player via email, which allows players the freedom to play for as long or short a period of time as desired. Players have complete tactical command over their squad and can set specific unit behaviors such as fire-at-will or halt-on-sighting.

Look for the title to hit stores in April.
