Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a three-for-two split of the Company's common stock.

The stock split will be effected in the form of a 50% stock dividend distributed on April 11, 2005 to stockholders of record on March 28, 2005.Cash will be paid in lieu of any fractional shares.
